We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and process your refund.
